Rob Walker

Rob brings ten years of experience with the COTS vendor community (Oracle/BEA) and 25+ years with the government to TapHere. While at Oracle he was responsible for the National Security Groups Business Development team. He and his team served as customer advocates and worked with the government customers and partners to translate their requirements into potential solutions for their mission problems using Oracle technologies. Prior to Oracle/BEA, Rob was the DISA Program Manager responsible for early development of a Service Oriented Architecture strategy for DoD with the NCES program. Rob is a retired Naval Officer and spent most of his naval career in the acquisition workforce. He is an acquisition certified program manager and had tours of duty in each of the Navys material commands, NAVSEA, NAVAIR and SPAWAR.

Rob has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School and Masters degree in Business Administration from Strayer University.

Bruce Gilley

Bruce brings 4 decades of Federal, DoD and Intelligence Community engineering, acquisition and management experience to TapHere. Prior to TapHere, he was President of Fixmo U.S., an industry leading mobile security company, which was recently acquired by Good Technologies. He also led CloudShield Technologies Federal Sales and Operations, and helped establish CloudShields market leading position in Cyber. Bruce was the GM/SVP of the Intelligence Systems Business Unit for L-3 Communications Titan Group where he drove a $200M line of business and led the capture and execution of programs focused on intelligence, information operations and C4ISR. He served 21 years with the US Navy, developing, fielding and supporting advanced cryptologic and information warfare capabilities, and is a Plank Owner of the Naval Information Warfare Activity.

Bruce holds a BS in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and a MS in Information Systems from Naval Postgraduate School.
